3. SMS / Text Messaging

By creating an account on HomeHealthHub, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us and your registered agency. These messages may include:

• New case availability notifications
• Case assignment confirmations
• Account notifications (password resets, credential verification)
• Reminders and compliance notifications

Message frequency varies based on case volume and account activity. Typically 2–10 messages per week.

4. HIPAA and Patient Information

HomeHealthHub is designed with patient privacy in mind. Patient names are stored as first and last name separately and are displayed to employees as initials only (e.g., “Patient J.T.”). Full patient details, including address, are only disclosed to the assigned employee. We do not sell or share patient information with any third parties.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With your agency: Agency administrators can view employee profiles, credentials, and contact information for staffing and compliance purposes.
• Service providers: We use Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for database hosting, and Vercel for platform hosting. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and role-based access controls. Only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Archived accounts are retained for recordkeeping and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Employees can update their own profile information at any time by logging in to homehealthhub.care.
