Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HomeHealthHub platform operated by Curran Capital LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the platform at homehealthhub.care, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Description

HomeHealthHub is a staffing coordination platform for home health agencies. It connects licensed and certified home health employees with patient cases posted by registered home health agencies. The platform facilitates case notifications, interest expressions, assignments, compliance tracking, and training.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. Employee accounts require valid professional credentials (licenses, certifications) appropriate to your role. Agency accounts must represent a legally registered home health care business.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that all credentials, licenses, and certifications you upload are valid, current, and accurate. Submitting false or expired credentials may result in immediate account termination.

4. SMS Messaging Program

By registering an account, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from HomeHealthHub and your registered agency. These messages include case availability notifications, assignment updates, account alerts, and compliance reminders.

Message frequency: Varies based on case volume and account activity, typically 2–10 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or email support@homehealthhub.care. Opting out of SMS may limit your ability to receive case notifications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Patient Privacy and HIPAA

The platform handles limited patient information for the purpose of case coordination. Employees may only access patient details (name, address) after they have been assigned to a case. All users agree to maintain the confidentiality of any patient information accessed through the platform and to comply with applicable HIPAA requirements. Patient information may not be shared, copied, or used outside of direct care coordination.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false, fraudulent, or expired credentials
  • Share your account with other individuals
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any person

7. Agency Responsibilities

Agency administrators are responsible for verifying the credentials of employees on their roster, maintaining accurate case information, and ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal home health care regulations. HomeHealthHub provides tools to support compliance but is not responsible for regulatory violations by agencies or their employees.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Agency accounts are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Failure to maintain a current subscription may result in suspension of access. Refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, submits fraudulent information, or engages in conduct that harms the platform or its users. You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any damages resulting from platform downtime, data loss, or errors in case matching. HomeHealthHub is a coordination tool and does not employ any of the caregivers or clinical staff who use the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curran Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk, Virginia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
