How to Opt In
SMS consent is collected during employee registration at homehealthhub.care/signup. On Step 3 of the registration form, employees must check the following required checkbox before their account can be created:
“I agree to receive SMS text messages from Home Health Hub regarding case availability, assignments, and account activity. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.”
Account creation cannot be completed without checking this box. Consent is explicit, affirmative, and specific to SMS — no messages are sent prior to opt-in.
Program Description
HomeHealthHub sends transactional SMS notifications to home health employees who have opted in during registration. Messages are sent only in connection with the employee's use of the platform.
Message types include:
- New case availability alerts — notifying qualified employees of open cases in their service area
- Case assignment confirmation — confirming an employee has been assigned to a case
- Case filled notifications — notifying interested employees when a case has been filled
- Account activity — password reset links and account security notices
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on case activity in your service area. Employees may receive multiple messages per day during high-activity periods, or no messages when no cases are available. Messages are sent only for relevant, actionable events — not for marketing purposes.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HomeHealthHub does not charge for SMS notifications. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time using any of the following methods:
- Text STOP — Reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Text CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE — These keywords are also accepted and will immediately remove you from all SMS notifications.
- Contact support — Email support@homehealthhub.care to request removal.
To re-subscribe after opting out, text START to the same number or contact support.
